I love the contradiction in the line "Man turns his back on his family, he ain't no friend of mine" At the same time it implies that Franky is cheating on his wife, and he wouldn't be a friend of Joe, the narrator, and it's also something he himself can't do, he can't turn his back on Franky despite him being just no good. |
