Her Daddy gives her Wings. A Beautiful Rose Is Standing In The Corner: She is mostly a wallflower. She likes it there, it’s comforting, and she prefers to observe (people watch), her surroundings, but given the right atmosphere and energy…“Nobody puts Baby in the corner.” [Dirty dancing] She Is Living In And Out Of Tune: She alternates between mostly living in the clouds/space and sometimes grounded on earth. Her mind and soul lives in the clouds/space, but her body and heart are grounded here on earth. Hey you you're losing, you're losing, you're losing, you're losing your vitamin C Your vitamin C: [Vitamin C] sounds a lot like [Vibrancy]. You’re losing your lust for life, your energy, your glow. She sounds like a homebody and doesn’t ever go outside, which creates no opportunities for positive experiences to happen in her way/path. By not taking in Vitamin C [activity], she is slowly losing her Vibrancy, which she is slowly looking dull on the outside to people looking at her from the outside. To her, maybe she is vibrant on the inside, but she just may not want to show it, be afraid to show it, or wants to show it, just doesn’t know how to go about doing so. She just can’t seem to grasp what she wants to do with her life…or maybe she does, but it is not what society looks at as “ambitious.” If she doesn’t show vibrancy/take in vitamin c though, she won’t be in any opportunistic position to find what she is truly passionate about. Maybe she just isn’t ambitious and already knows what will make her happy…Who knows what could be going on in a head that alternates between mostly living in the clouds and sometimes grounded on earth. Both of these lines could be taken positively, negatively, or both depending on how one views it. Who’s to judge? [Have not gotten to interpreting, "And at Christmas, riding on her pony Or she is stepping on the pigman's head." Not sure if that is the correct lyrics there. I found another lyric site, and it said "A monster press machine is on her body She's stepping on quicksand"] |
