absolutely luv this song. ok so in the book "sinners creed" by scott stapp he mentions a time when he was on drugs and thought people were coming for him in his hotel room and so the only way to escape from the room was by jumping out of the window which is sort of drastic and it was about 6-8 ft down. i think it is about overcoming his addiction and can apply to all through this lenten season we can all try and overcome our fears amazing song

I think this song is about how our minds can control in tough situations and life can get super sucky when we grow up but we just have to keep our minds on the future, although it is most natural to focus on the present, regret the past and worry about the future. This also reminds me of the life of Pi by because it was on the preview for the movie as in although pi was lost without his family and just thinking like he's going to die and he has no one he uses Richard Parker and other things in nature to save his life and appreciate everything, one of my favorite books and one of my favorite songs.

I think this song is about a man with a drinking problem suposedly causing his wife problems and "swear(ing) it is the last time every time" He feels bad and loves his wife or significant other and is just trying to get his message across.

i think this song is extremely hard to interpret like most of aic's songs except maybe rooster is the only one i understand the meaning for because everyone tells me it is about his grandfather in war. anyway back on topic i jam to this song and if i envision a music video (not the original) that some one is like slowly growing old in front of your eyes starting as a baby and ending as a grown up to that great riff du du dun nu du du dun nu, lol. but as far as the lyrics go i think that it is about a relationship where he is asking let the sun never blind your eyes and let me sleep so my teeth wont grind a complicated friendship maybe with some relationships to drugs, altogether a great song.

i think this song has a deeper meaning than just what is on the surface of the lyrics and the rythm of the music, i think it is about humans becoming "radioactive" and overcoming the sufferings of society like laws and punishments and bullying, im not posotive though, but this song is definently an apocolyptic preview after all it has the world apocolypse in it. personally this song brings me back to the beginning of summer break of 2013 just luv it, i never get tired of this song
