This song is about using intravenous drugs...heroin, I surmise, since the song makes a reference to the poppy plant (smell the poppies) which is the source of all opiates. When a person shoots up, he or she uses their finger to push the plunger down and inject the drugs (always keep me under finger). And it seems obvious to me that the "holy water" is the liquid containing the heroin. Easy. |
