Levon is a Viet Nam vet who is now a drug dealer. Jesus 'blows up balloons all day' he's filling the bags with the dope that Levon sells. He spends his days counting his $$ in a garage. Levon wants to take a balloon and go sailing. Really? Nobody could interpret this line? Leave Levon far behind...Don't overthink it. It's all right there for you. BTW, Levon Helm is also an actor, who appeared in, among other things, Coal Miners Daughter, and more recently Shooter with Mark Whalberg. Just sayin' |
