i think i am going through a break up (we'll see by the end of the day im sure...) and this song just hit pretty hard... I think she is also saying that most of the time when love ends, it's never really one persons fault, which in a way, makes it even harder. She knows that the relationship fell apart on both ends... She would love to say that she was right and he was wrong, so that it would be easier to hate him, but that's not the case. To make herself feel better about the situation she is saying "i chose to sleep alone", that even though it was no one's fault, the relationship was so bad that she would rather just be by herself. |

oh this song..... words can describe how much it means to me... It's basically about a guys who is totally head over heels for a girl, but for whatever reason he can't be with her... (like, she has a boyfriend already, she needs her independce, he thinks he brings her down...etc) So he leaves her and he feels aweful about it. This song really hit me in regards to my job search... The job market sucks and i graduated with an engineering degree over 2 years ago... Millions of resume's turned in... Handfuls of phone interviews... A few golden person to person interviews... and still no job :( im starting to feel like a failure... I've been really picky about exactly what company i want to work... i want to do something i am passionate about and dont have any ethical qualms about... Im not ready to stop looking for what i want.. but i keep failing and failing... when do i just give up and settle for something i dont want??? |
