Rammstein – Du Hast Lyrics 13 years ago
It seems pretty obvious to me this song is about a guy who decided at the last minute not to get married. This meaning appears to be supported by the music video, as well. Basically, it seems like a guy goes to a bachelor party and realizes he's better off as a bachelor.

The Bangles – Walk Like An Egyptian Lyrics 13 years ago
I hear the lyrics a little differently:

All the school kids, so sick of books,
They like to flunk in the middle, babe.
When the buzzer rings,
They're walking like an Egyptian.
All the kids in the marketplace say,
"Walk like an Egyptian."

That seems to make more sense than what's listed here. In that sense, I think "walking like an Egyptian" means "rebelling". What an appropriate time for this song to make a comeback.

Crash Test Dummies – Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm Lyrics 13 years ago
I'd like to offer my interpretation. And, yes, it's another one about child abuse. But hear me out.

The first kid's parents abused him. His hair "turned white from stress", and he couldn't come to school because he was in a mental hospital. That's what happened to me when I was in school. It happened so long ago, so I'm not ashamed to admit it. However, at the time, I WAS ashamed to admit it, and it sounds like the boy in the song is, too. So he lies about it.

The second kid's parents also abused her. The evidence is all over her body. As such, she's ashamed of anybody seeing it. Once they do, however, she doesn't have any time to prepare, so she doesn't even bother trying to come up with a good excuse. They've always just been there.

Now, I think "mmm-mmm-mmm-mmm" is referring to the only noise you can make when you're keeping your mouth shut, which is what both of the above kids are figuratively doing by refusing to tell the truth. But, both of the above kids are glad, 'cause then…

The third kid's parents also abused him, but in a much worse way. They forced him to do things he didn't want to do and follow a religion he didn't even believe or understand. Why is this a worse kind of abuse? Because, unlike the first two kids, he can talk about it all he wants and nobody can do anything about it. The law does not protect kids without evidence of PHYSICAL abuse. In fact, the law protects his parents, as disobeying them is against the law. If you've seen the music video, you can see that this kid's parents are the only ones who won't even PRETEND to care about him, because they have nothing to hide. And neither does the kid, which is why he's the one who opens up about his problem.

And so the song changes to "aah-aah-aah-aah!"
