I know I already commented but I love this song.. Maybe it's because the I can relate to these lyrics the most right now out of all OK Go's songs (my favourite song by them always seems to be the one I'm relating to at the present time). It's just.. insanely deep. Why is OK Go so good at writing music? Why?
Anyways, I would love to discuss this song with Damian... "So I been sitting around, wasting my time, wondering what you been doing. Aw, and it ain't real forgiving, it ain't real forgiving sitting here picturing someone else living." A lyrical genius that man is. Thank you Damian for composing this masterpiece. |

This song is about Damian's marriage.. he talked about it in an interview on the extra nice edition of Of the Blue Colour Of the Sky. I don't know if he's divorced or separated or what.. but he doesn't wear his wedding ring anymore. All I know is this is a beautiful song with a really deep meaning. It's absolute crack for the ears... I love this record. I hope everything works out for him. He's seems like a fantastic guy. |

This is definitely one of the best songs on the album. I was expecting to be a little disappointed with Hurley, like everybody else, but I'm actually very pleased. It's no Pinkerton, they probably won't ever have another album like that again, but it's enough, and it's good.
