The song is about a virgin maiden who is taken captive and chained to an obelisk. She is to the dinner of a Levithan which is also known to be a giant sea monster. The first 4 sections of lyrics are the maiden blaming God for this fate while the last 2 are when the Leviathan appears to take the maiden. The last 3 lines of lyrics of the song I don't really understand.
