i think this is just another one of those love/hate songs that steven wilson writes. for this particular song i see the singer almost as a kind of stalker,"always in my thoughts you are, always in my dreams you are, i got your voice on tape, i got your spirit in a photograph.." |

im pretty sure this song is about a family that found a young girls body washed up in a river while on a fishing trip. If you look at the photography book that came with the special edition of the incident it portrays someone killing another person and dumping their body in a river. also in a couple interviews steven wilson has stated that one of the "incidents" described in the album is about the before mentioned family that found the washed up body. |
