revolutions per minute refers to the speed an engine's crankshaft turns in this song i believe it refers to Eugene growing up where there is a new revolution all the time so how can he just stand by and watch? |

This whole album is mindblowing and it's so easy to be transported to another place. Harrowdown Hill is definitely my favorite song on the album but I like them all. I had no idea it was about David Kelly, I thought Harrowdown Hill was a private school in britain or something and a student who was beat up there because he didn't fit in or think like everyone else. |
