Heard this about a week before that tvd ep aired, and when it came on I went positively crazy. Such a beautiful song.
I agree with that interpretation, except I think they're both still a little apprehensive about this kind of relationship. But they recognise that it could be so great. (like Caroline and Klaus). |

I like the chorus, but only because I like Rihanna's music. So from that perspective, I don't really like any of the Coldplay parts of the song - which is a shame since it is a COLDPLAY song/album. Oh well, not all albums have perfect songs. |

Probably not entirely different, really. Of course MJ's death was very sad, but I don't reckon it's gonna stop Eminem from saying controversial things just because he can.
Having said that, he does mention in 'Talkin' to Myself' that he "almost made a song dissin' Lil Wayne", but I don't think that can be used in this context, he refrained from dissing him because he knew that he was doing shit all at the time and Wayne was dominating. |

I like this song :)
The title says it all really for me - this song is about someone struggling to cope with a bad break up.
The 'dark side of love' obviously is that it doesn't always work out...even if that person is supposedly 'the one' or whatever...and now he's been 'left to die' |

I love this song! Especially the chorus, it's such a great melody.
All the We The Kings' songs have pretty much the same meaning to me, but I could be missing the point on several occasions.

This song is awesome, can't believe nobody's commented on it.
I'm usually no good at analysing and just like to read everyone else's posts, but this time it looks like I'll have to try for myself :P
I think he simply saying that he enjoys pop music regardless of its hidden meaning, or being sarcastic as to the ignorance of some artists - that is, some people just sugarcoat the major issues in our society by writing a catchy tune?
Having just written that, I'm going with my second theory. :) Also this song is very catchy while also addressing our world problems..I don't know if that means anything? |
