by the way the "isnt this where we come in?" is really cool, and i sort of get whats being said about more walls being built by other people and thats why the tracks run together. but i dont get the significance of the actual words "isnt this where we come in?" or whatever they are (hard to tell exactly what theyre saying). But like what do those words have to do with other people building walls?

hey also, does anyone know why in the lyrics booklet they have some lyrics and song names that arent even in the album, not even as hidden tracks?

This is an awesome way to finish. I love this album but it just didnt QUITE blow me away like Rush of Blood and X and Y did. I think the one thing the album lacks is a long song, nothing on Viva la Vida is over 4:10! Compare that to ROBTTH and most songs are 4-5 minutes or more! I just feel like the songs finish before they really get into it on Viva la Vida.

call me crazy but i swear near the end of this song (i think it starts about the middle) you can hear the same clockticking sound as you hear at the start of "time" on dark side of the moon. its like REALLY soft in the background but im sure thats what it is

i reckon the line "its very hard to explain why you're mad, even if youre not mad" is the most important one in context to the whole album because it sounds as if he is trying to convince himself that he isnt mad (even tho he might in fact be perfectly sane) and is paranoid about his sanity and the issues in his life

okay heeps of "true fans" are gonna say that this is wrong but here goes. what if all through the album, all these issues in his life are "just bricks in the wall" which he keeps building higher, until he finally jumps off the top and commits suicide. The way the song stops immediately after he says the last goodbye helped me to reach this conclusion. Its as if hes standing at the top of the wall singing this and then says the last goodbye and jumps.
