Hmmm I like to think the first verse - ''Blue you radiant blue I dont know how you can stand next to me You you talk like a noose And only confuse my perplexity Now that i'm so sad and not quite right I could dance all night I could dance all night'' - is about how the most wonderful girls/boys/people make you want to kill yourself and cause you to question your own existance and ways.They leave you feeling ''not quite right'' . Probably already been said before but w/e's I thought I would add my thoughts. ''Shake you rattle-snake skin And become a part of society Wait on down the highway To see how far I'll come a-run a-run run running All that we had salvaged from the fire Was a waste of time (But) what a waste of time'' You shake your rattle snake skin ,shedding the old you and become a meaningless part of who everyone wants you to be. Before, a snake implies you were cynical and a little rough around the edges. Run along down the highway...Hmm maybe you'd do any crazy shit people ask just to be accepted? The last line.. My quick thoughts are maybe you've wasted your entire life being 'you' when you could've been someone else and had the time of your life. |

Nope,at the spiritual retreat he shared a room with two other guys who he thought were real jerks but they were actually really nice people in the end. He met Anna before that I think,as I said in a salad factory in Germany.E went to a quack doctor to try and cure a headache he was having for a while because he had a show in England and the rest of the band were going home and he had no-one to go to. They ended up hitting it off together despite the first thing she said to him being ''You are not beautiful'' True Love .. |
