Sitting around writing about the coolness of Ohio, or lack there of. Isn't contructive when it comes to analyzing the lyrics. Now I've heard that Akron has a decent music scene, and I'm sure that numberous other places in Ohio, have their lifestyle benefits. However, I can see the point that other people are trying to make, living in Glenmont probably sucks. Not to worry however, nobody lives there because its "the shit". They live there because their westward bound ancestors' feet hurt. Take pride in that much, my ancestors never bothered to make it over the Appalachians. The first time they had to deal with Indians was enough for them. And credit to them, Maryland is cool with me. But I digress, lets focus on the lyrics. |
