This song is about Final Fantasy 10 as well. Most of the songs on 'wires' are about Final Fantasy X. This one describes the final battle between Tidus and Sin. It talks about Tidus fighting with his father, Jecht, throughout the entire game. Tidus openly admits that he hates his father various times throughout the game because Jecht left, rather was taken, when Tidus was very young. Jecht was labeled as "sin", the final boss, but at the end, it is Tidus fighting Jecht, yet they both want the same thing. Jecht wants to defeat sin, yet he is sin. And this is the last chance for them to do so, to finish the fight and defeat "sin" forever. |
