Meh. i still think its not about anything. there are a few lines in there you can, relate to something, but in general i just think its a song with pretty randomly thrown together lyrics. Yesterday was easy Happiness came and went I got the movie script But I don't know what it meant maybe im a complete idiot, but to me, that just seems like its been put in there cos it rhymes. |

| to me it seems like its about a relationship break up, but im starting to interprete a lot of songs like that lol. the bit with the singer being supportive makes me think again, but maybe thats just him saying that he hopes whoever hes singing about gets over the break up and has a good life. but thats just me, i tend to interprete songs so i can relate to them | |

while this song is obviously about walking away from something (a relationship, home, your town etc) i think its also about making sure ur making the right decision, and tieng up any loose ends before you do. If you've heard all they've got to say, You looked but turned away Walk away, just walk away i think this is saying that if youve talked to people about walking away from whatever it is, and theyve tried to talk you out of it and you still feel the same, then do it. If you've said all you got to say, Now the words just slip away Just walk away this bit i think is saying that you should only walk away once youve said everything that needs to be said, rather than keeping quiet then wishing you had said them once youve walked away sad song in some ways, but one that makes a lot of sense to me. |
