It might actually be about someone who has the feeling he isn't able to communicate in the right way. And still he wants to comfort the friend.
Actually the person seems to be some kind of an anti-hero who tries to understand human behaviour. Or am I going too deep? |

Hmz... the "real life" and "virtual cold" make me think this song is about how great internet is. But at the other side I'm quite sure that must really be my interpretation.
When I hear the song I'm always touched by the last sentence.
But shouldn't it be "new admirationS", "confessions that make NO sense" (well that is what I thought it was but there's a very big chance I am mistaking here) and (i'm quite sure about this one) "shareD secrets"? |

I have the impression Enon mainly sings about how hard it is to have a rolling conversation (if you know what i mean) not only this song, but too, as an example, Natural Disasters.
Especially the couplet about "have to pretend to conversation-sigh" is very obvious.
Gawd, I've been turning this track like twenty times today. I like it far too much. |
