Motörhead – I Ain't No Nice Guy Lyrics

when you get these three legends collabarating on a track you'd think it would be some kick ass rock song with massive solo but instead its a ballad.
still its a great song and the differences in lemmy and ozzy's voice really fits the song. |

i think its an ode to kingston town (and the girls of) in jamaica. if he had the whole world he'd give it away to see the girls of kingston at play. his queen will be waiting for him at kingston town. |

The Kooks – She Moves in Her Own Way Lyrics

dont know how true this is but i heard that the lead singer used to go out with singer kate melua, and the song was wrote about her.
"Yes our wish's that we never made it
Through all the summers" means how sometimes they wished they wasnt famous cos every summer they both tour seperately and dont get to see each other.
as i said this is only what ive heard so dont know how true it is but the lyrics do kinda fit. |

Motörhead – Fools Lyrics

another good song sung by guitarist fast eddie. not hard to realise what the meaning behind this song is.
being sick to death of power-hungry, money-grabbing bas****s that know nothing about the music business they try to dictate.
i like to think of this as the first of a trilogy of like minded songs which includes All The Aces and Just Cos You Got The Power. |

Motörhead – Don't Lie To Me Lyrics

a completely underated song that never gets recognition of the snake bite love album.
about how some people try to move up in the world and be somone there not by telling lies, but eventually you're going to get caught out and lose everything whereas an honest man keeps their integrity. |

the song absolutely rocks!!!!
remember reading somewhere that the song is from the perspective of an SS member who has been caught by the allies and tries to explain his past and where his past actions have lead him. |

Motörhead – One More Fucking Time Lyrics
|
to me i think this song is about how a guy is in a perfect relationship with this woman he really loves but regretfully has a one night stand.
"if i was a bad man you would have seen the good in me" means that he's been the ideal partner and the relationship was taken for granted.
he realises how stupid he has been and pleads to the woman to take him back cos he still loves her and has spent a long time with her. |

Motörhead – We Are Motorhead Lyrics

this song basically is just a way to sum up the band perfectly.
"We are the future, baby, used to be the past
We are Motorhead and we don't have no class..." |
