i think this song personally means that they are the ones who defend who cant defend for them selves, but also they defend something that destroys and decomposes at the same time. so they are saying that what we defend does not always do all good for everyone, they can also destroy everything else we love. and if we dont stop defending everything we WANT. and not what we NEED, we do eventually destroy ourselves and if it gets too far out of hand and we get dsperate about what we want, it will never stop and it will just get worse. also, this song is friggin awesome. i have never heard such awesome guitar solos in my LIFE.this is truly their BEST album yet! maybe not containing one of their best songs. (wait and bleed, Slipknot S/T) but still in total,one off their best albums. maggots shall LIVE~~~!!!!!! |
