this was when the chili's were funk rock not the new shitty new wave MTV sell out band that they are now. Its funny that they are here singing about that they don't want the MTV life of fame and yet now they have turned into what they aimed never to be... i read somewhere that flea said about "stadium arcadium" that if u don't like this album then you don't like the RHCP. What has happened to music? Are all bands just saying "fuck it dude, let's go bowling..." and just knocking out albums one after another that are not a patch on their older material??? Up until BSSM the chili's rocked now they just can't get it up. |

so much better than the original. the original is amazing but Tool's version is so much more atmospheric and the gradual build up kinda overwhelms your senses. it makes the hairs on the back of your neck stand up, there is so much more power and energy in Tool's : Locked in a place where no one goes. rather than in Zep's : They choose the path where no-one goes. it is just awesome. it's getting colder.... |
