i think its all about him seeing someone try to be someone else to fit in and be with the in-crowd. the chant at the end: You are what you are As you are, just for you Change as you find that change is good for you Be what you will be Not for me, not for anyone but You are what you are As you are, just for you is a chant saying don't be what other people want. its kinda like Asa telling you to just be you and stop pretending. this song reminds me so much of Say Anything and Max Bemis' style of writing. TJV has come so far. it sucks they're breaking up. either way this song is amazing. |

i think the car crash is a metaphor to a dying relationship. all buddy wants is her and all she wants is to be alone but she plays around with him a little before she makes the decision to leave and because of that, james (buddy) wants to die without her, but wants to live for her. anywho, this song is amazing. |

they sound mostly like the starting line. They sound a mix of cartel/tsl. When it all comes down, to a sunrise on the east side, will you be there to carry home, the remains of my wasted youth, this wasted time on you has left me shaking in waiting, shaking in waiting for something more. you can hear lyrics like those in the song "Left Coast Envy" By The Starting Line at least thats what i think. |

ok so this is my interpretation and it all revolved around the chorus. Siren Siren, dont do this dance in my ear If I have already lost him once Do a deadly dance, all I’ve asked for is so little I've already lost him. I think its about someone dear to him dying, and then his realization that Saosin and him wouldnt last much longer, seeing how he never got input. So two deaths. or i could be completely wrong seeing how the Siren is in Mythology and screamed and lured people away from their cause, so maybe Ant was trying to say he was being pulled away. |

I enjoy this song about 10x more than the others seeing how the others are either early-release or revamped versions of other songs, or bits of other songs were used to make a certain song. But this song, completely new. Sadly it doesnt sound so much like Saosin anymore. Hopefully Beau and Justin will change that with the next LP/EP. |

this is one of the bands i think instead of dying down after a few albums will keep putting together good music for a good time to come. How old is Buddy? 24? he was only 18 when the band started so id say right about now is when he's finally constructing better lyrical material as well as playing material. the old CDs were really good dont get me wrong, but just from this song i have a feeling the whole CD will be even better. |

This whole CD was Adam. The Original singer was Antonio, who left after their first self-titled EP, although Jesse Lacey did help back vocals on that album. anyway, Jesse left the band as did Antonio, who both have their own bands. I dont remember Antonios but everyone should know Jesse's Brand New. |
