hey elfladyoo... yeah i heard it from my friend Jenn. She's good friends with Hey Chris's roomate Fruity and obviously because of fall out boy, Hey Chris either up at FBR headquarters a lot or he has the connections to find out and that's all I know about it. I'll ask Jenn about it and update more info on here. Im with you on I hope it's not true and just a misundersanding about it

i dont know about you guys or if anyone's going to read this, but i'm kinda disappointed in the fact that I hear Cute didn't even write ANY of the music to this album. Apparantly, FBR wanted them to get the record recorded so quickly that they hired several people to basically writ e the music. Anyone else hear/ read this?

they didnt steal the song from Alexisisonfire... they stole it from The Audition. It's in an issue of AP during an interview with The Audition and the story is called "Dance, Dance" listen/ read the lyrics to The Auditions "La Rivaliita." Pete heard about the idea and what they were doing with it and decided to take it up as his own and since their album came out earlier than The Audition's debut album, there was nothing TA could do about it. I like fall out boy, but if that's the case, I'm really disappointed in them and I kinda lose some respect for them if so.

this song (i feel) is directed towards Fall Out Boy (hense the whole "Dance, Dance" reference) I've been told that Pete Wentz heard about the idea of their song while writing "Under the Cork Tree..." and decided to use it as his own. Unfortuntaly for the Audition, FOB's album was coming out before theirs so they had to change the idea around bc their song/ song idea was stolen. So they used this opperunity to write one about how they felt about what happened and it's my favorite song on the record (go buy it, bitches!)
