| I see this song as being a dead bleeding body in the middle of the open ocean far away from civilisation. The body is bleedin in silence and the sea around it has become bright red like the colour of the blood and sea animals are in pure extasy below the body as they are eating its flesh. The second paragraph is describing the body in the ocean. The water is still and the body is lying dead facing the sun, and it will remain there forever since no one will ever find it in the vast ocean. | |

Well after a lot of thinking and analyzing the lyrics I sat quietly for a while trying to figure it out. It was harder than I thought and couldn't find any possible meaning for this song :S after about a week of thinking and trying to figure it out a possible meaning came to mind.. I don't know if I'm right and please correct me if I'm wrong but could this song possibly be about legalizing marijuana? Just to make it clear, I was joking about the above part :P it obviously IS about legalizing marijuana :) might I add that they really should legalize it, it would eliminate a lot of health problems with adultered hash and such.. and by the way, this song ROCKS!! |

Have you ever thought about this song being about weed? Maybe from the point of view of an addict. It just came to me that way.. maybe it's just me but here is my theory or explanation, call it what you want. I still hear your voice when you sleep next to me. I still feel your touch in my dreams. Forgive me my weakness, but I don't know why. Without you It's hard to survive. [She's thinking about weed all the time.. even in her dreams, maybe she even dreams about it She has a weakness and she can't stop smoking weed, though she doesn't know why.. the last line is pretty obvious.. she finds it hard to live without weed.] Cause everytime we touch, I get this feeling and everytime we kiss I swear I could fly. | To me this song is about someone who just got dumped but she still loves him. In the beginning she is asking him if he would listen to her if she explained to him the situation. She is saying that it was her fault since she had kept something from the him and eventually he found out and dumped her. For her, his silence has become very violent since he had left her. She is also always thinking about him and she is and will be waiting for him until he comes back to her again. | |
