I just want to add this.... To be honest tbs lost there fire when john left. wether you are a john fan or not it doesnt matter cause its 2 years later. both have moved on to make good music. but this song feels like great romance of the twenty century (from TAYF). I'm a lil mad tbs went to WB records and left victory. i fill Straylight Run is better but who cares now they both make music very well. i just fell the maturity level is greater with straylight and tbs still acts like a bunch of high schoolers. watch the tbs home movies on their site if you dont believe me. |

I know I'm a little/really late on this one. But have you ever consider Thats more sweet, so delicate a reference to the music john now plays. the straylight stuff is so delicate and sweet musically. It sounds soft. i suppose only Adam will know. To be honest tbs lost there fire when john left. either for the break up or the creative differences it doesnt matter cause its 2 years later. both have moved on to make good music. i fill Straylight Run is better but to each his own. i just fell the maturity level is greater with straylight and tbs still acts like a bunch of high schoolers. watch the tbs home movies on their sight if you dont believe me. |

| First off I can see TBS getting back in toach with TAYF which is awesome! i'm a huge john nolan fan and i could see him singing/playing this song. shuan would have added some better bass but this conversation is about an album old lol. But i saw TBS alot in the one line "I just want to bring you down so badly" cause it reminds of stuff like "... And my eye down the scope of a barrel of a gun" and "you could slit my throat..." definetly back to TAYF. I think the new album will be so progressive musical but a reversion to TAYF lyrics. I dont know this one song could be a trick. | |

by UzairRocks on 04-22-2004 @ 05:00:21 AM existentialism is the belief/practice that you set up your own future. everything you have/do/will do will be a result of your actions you have committed.. ok now knowing that i think i have an idea but i have no more insight then the rest of u when the sun came up we were sleeping in sunk inside our blankets sprawled across the bed and we were dreaming ok think what a guy in highschool wants most on prom night. hmm sex. so i think this is a mornin after song about the decisions he made on prom night. when john is talkin bout glad with what we got done with what we had. i think the point trying to be made is lossing your virginity . but then the character realizes that he could have just killed himself or the girl with a std. the sing me something soft sad and delicate....... could be during the sex bc it was bad and she didnt like it lol i dont know i just thought it was like my prom night lol |
