My favourite Nick Drake song. In my opinion, it lifts the mood of "Pink Moon" considerably, mostly because Nick's guitar work is fairly energetic and rolling. |

This song is incredible. I never thought about it until reading the lyrics, but maybe the "weather systems" are the guy's thoughts?
I usually don't like to read too much into things, but I really like that imagery. This imagery: "i can see your blood flow/your cells grow" is amazing, and then if you think about the "weather systems" swirling around in the guy's head... wow. |
