mudmen is an instrumental on obc........its kinda cool........features some great guitar work by mr gilmour.......but that can be said about a great many floyd songs.......the song is kinda light and breezy in parts........reminds me of a pillow of winds i had to make this comment because i feel that every song by the floyd deserves comments.....yes even seamus! |

this is a great song obviously about race relations.....i think that the u.s. government has given blacks so much in the past 20 years and they still complain that "the man is holding them down" we have affirmative action in college admissions and blacks get hired before whites because of equal opportunity employment.....not to mention all of the tax money that comes from white people to help blacks and they still complain......its hard not to be racist when they have been given so much and yet almost every time a murder is committed it is a young black man murdering someone...yet still the government screws law abiding citizens over..... |

people make such a big deal about president bush but the truth of the matter is that everything is relative.....meaning that a red neck agenda to some is too liberal to some and vice versa....i dont agree with some of the things the man stands for but i do not go parading around saying he is evil....everyone is entitled to their point of view and obviously almost everyone that does not live on the two coasts voted for bush........does that make all of those people ignorant?.....i am for gay marriage and against the death penalty but i still voted for him because those are two issues that are not the most important to me...i just dont want to see another september 11th and i think that in general republicans are better than democrats for security.....everything is relative |
