this is such a horribly awful song in all aspects haha. the lyrics make me want to punch myself in the face. "fake-ass girl..": so lame. good charlotte is a fake band. they sound equally as ridiculous when they attempt the falsetto in the chorus. basically this sums up everything bad in music. |

to me, its kind of like shes telling the guy that she doesnt care, and he has no chance with her, to make herself look stronger, but really she is just pretending and trying to get over him. this is my favorite song on the album.. the arrangement is great and the lyrics are personal to me. |

this is a great song. i sort of wish heavy metal had stayed in this direction, and i probably would like it alot more. the backing vocals and music are sketchy as hell, but thats what makes this song so good. helter skelter is actually hte name of a big slide in england, if that hasnt already been said. sorry if it has, i didnt feel like reading through every post. U2 does a good version of this song, at the beginning bono talks about how he is stealing this song back from charles manson, who stole it from the beatles |

ohh i just dont undestand why people love to look for drug references in every single song. the sighing is not an implication of smoking weed. hardly any of the beatles songs that people think are about drugs actually are. the only one i can think of right now that the beatles have said was definetly about drugs was "got to get you into my life," and there arent too many others
anyway, this is one of my favorite songs from rubber soul. i like the grecian style of guitar and teh harmonies during the chorus. the last verse is great. |

this is probably the best song on revolver, arguably. either this or she said, she said. it has been said that john had no recollection of writing or recording this song. not that that is so surprising, its just interesting. the guitar and harmonies are so good in this song..especially in the final verse. even though it has kind of a negative tone, this song always puts me in a good mood |

im glad i wasnt the only one that thought this sounded like "sexy sadie." the words sounded so familiar, and i couldnt figure out why at first. this is a pretty good song, i guess, but it sounds too much like the beatles. i agree, the video is pretty random with the cartoons and such |
