no, i didn't 'fall' for the movie. that's just one of the places i've seen the paper where she wrote that. Otherwise, though, there's tons of proof that kurt was murdered. but you know what? Believe what you want. go on and worship courtney. It doesn't matter to me. I respect her as a lyricist, but that's about it. |

I think Courtney's a good lyricist, but the lyrics in this song really AREN'T up to par with the work she did in Hole. In my opinion. Just because I don't particularly LIKE courtney doesnt mean i'm going to say 'she sucks at everything'. and uh...haha that's funny. I DIDN'T make that quote up about Courtney. She did say it, you know. So, don't start with me. and I strongly beleive in the 'murdery theory'. Kurt wasn't depressed toward the end of his life. You need to do some research. |

"I may lie a lot, but never in my lyrics" - Courtney Love [or something like that] First of all, the lyrics in this song aren't up to par with the work of Hole in the past, as far as I'm concerned. I'm pretty sure parts of this song are about Kurt. It's not reading too deeply into something, she still talks about him, she was married to him, she had a child with him. It's understandable. I mean, come on: "Oh God you owe me one more song So I can prove to you that I'm so much better than him" It really seems to be about Kurt, not about 'rap stars' of today. and the entire, slashing his car tires is interesting. Why would she put those lines in the song, especially when most people [myself included] believe Kurt was murdered? and that's one of the pieces of evidence. Seriously, it's suspicious as hell. Oh, and Heavier than Heaven is a load of crap. The whole "Kurt's depressed" stuff came from courtney. Come on, give me a break. If I"m not mistaken, courtney ALSO wrote "I want to marry a rock star, become famous and kill him". So if we're going to take it all literally, we might as well that literally too, eh? |

I heard the reference to Kurt Cobain has something to do with the Foo Fighters [Dave Grohl - frontman of Foo Fighters/former drummer of Nirvana] because the Foo Fighters were a government group devoted to keeping UFOs undercover or something, and how the Foo Fighters are....sell outs or something. Arlight, so I'm not elaborating very well but that's what I heard regarding that specific part of the song. |

This song was written/recorded before Kurt died. so saying it's about how hard it was to deal with his death is crap. ugh. and saying that she loved him so much and decided to shoot up heroin for that is absolutely ridiculous. don't blame it on Kurt. that having been said, I love this song. It's one of my favorite Hole songs, even though I can't stand Courtney Love. |

dude....anni...Kurt wasn't STONED throughout the unplugged performance. if that shit's somewhere in "heavier than heaven" i wouldnt be surprised. Cross wrote that basically with Courtney looking over his shoulder. Heavier than Heaven is full of shit, so don't believe it completely. Plus, Kurt was EXTREMELY nervous throughout the Unplugged performance. not stoned. I'm personally a big fan of Hole, but that doesn't mean I like Courtney Love. Yea, I think she had something to do with his death, but that's not going to change the fact that he's dead. What matters is the music. and this song blows me away every time. There are no words to describe it. |
