Pink Floyd – Goodbye Blue Sky Lyrics

And about the second part of the wall being a fascists its being sarcastic in a way and also its taking a look at both sides of the arena.
In the movie the wall its showing what could happen when people take up their self insecurity and problems and focus it into being a fascist to make ones self comfidence go up. Its mocking what could happen, and begging the viewers to do whatever they can for it not to happen. |

I think he's just singing one of his little love songs, he's just saying fall in love with somebody right now. His solo work doesnt make much sense though, so dont worry about it. |

The Jimi Hendrix Experience – Purple Haze Lyrics
| 19 years ago
|
Hendrix died because he did speed (ecstacy), then latter in the day took nine sleeping pills, and had a glass of wine, which will make you vomit.
Yeah this song was reportedly about a dream he had, but come one do you really think he would tell the general public if it was about acid. And the lyrics are way to crazy to be talking about pot, even the strongest stuff like P-91, purple haze is a street name for acid. |

Think about it the streets are uneven. When are the streets uneven, when you are tripping and the road is like jumping, and twisting ,and getting smaller and larger, hence uneven. Also just being about being lonely |

The Doors – Five to One Lyrics

Dude think about it 5 to 1. If one person to every five lives, out of four people none will live. How many people were in the doors? yeah thats right. I think it is also about rebelling against the government, they got the guns, we got the numbers. There are a million meanings though |

The Beatles – Strawberry Fields Forever Lyrics
| 19 years ago
|
Ok guys. Beatles songs have literal and symbolic meanings all of them. This song may literally be talking about an orphanage. But it is also about the relation between society and LSD. Acid gives people realizations. So take acid and open your eyes, you are misunderstanding things. Its getting hard to be someone in society nowadays, so why not go have fun tripping on acid. Society is messed up, government is screwy so we might as well go have fun on acid because it is not really as bad as everyone says. |

John Lennon – Imagine Lyrics

All will live as one. There is on one you can be where you aren't meant to be. When will they cast aisde their ignorance, there are no countries, no races, no possesions, we are all one, we all share the world, we are all one, always one, we are all made up of atoms, pink dots of infnite size magnified one million times through the green sun that sits aboce the orange moon. They are everyones, therefore they are no ones. Live and let live. Don't tell people what to think, everyone has their right to hold their own thought, as long as it is not impossed on others and does not cause pain sop be it. We should all sit in a magic circle, stare and the sky, talk to the birds, and wonder why. |

Guys I think this song is about LSD. Come on glass onions, references to the LSD realted strawberry fields forever. This is a pretty trippy song. The place where everything froze. People who live in the still, or inother words. People who have not done hallucinogenic drugs. |

Even though this song is about Prudence Farrow does anyone notice that the word Prudence is a form of the word prudent. Which could also be meaning to all thsoe prudent people, "hey what are you in sucha rush for, the world we only be the way it is now once" look around. Those who rush everywhere always get there late. |

The Beatles – All You Need Is Love Lyrics

Anyone notice the sarcastically used governmental tune in the beginning. To me the song ahd always been saying all you need is love. The governmental tune in the beggining though mocks government and how it demotes anddestroys love. |
