i think its about being real strung out. I just see myself sitting there, eyes twitch when something catches my attention all the sudden. SO i guess gone = stoned and people get goofy-ass blissfull smiles when they are high alot soo i dunno. yeah bein high song. not to mention theres a depressing tone about the uselessness yet enjoyability (if thats a word) about drugs |

just because they became popular doesnt make them sellouts man. They made the cd and then it got popular. if u dont like this cd like the old ones then that is a shame. If they being making songs only like the ones that are poplular then they have sold out, if they stop touring their usual routes and start jacking up all their prices and only playing big venues, then they have sold out. They played side stage at hfstival, they are not big enough to be sellouts yet if they wanted to. |

whats does the "will i set the sun on a big wheeled wagon mean" THis is a huge stretch but all i can think of is how the roman and greek god ( i forget which one) pulls the sun across the sky in his chariot, but yep 'i dont get the connection' between that and this song. i think its kind of a happy song about a break up. i know that seems dumb cuz tweedy is all about the depressing stuff, but, it kind of reverses at the end saying "someday i know i will" so its like, hey what we had was awsome and lets never forget how cool it was, but we will both eventually move on. maybe i just see it that way cuz im going to college and a break up is definitly on the way and i wanna be optimistic |
