a zephyr is acctually a gentle wind not to show you up but i think it makes a little more sense. the song is still great ... after watching a bio on the red hot chili peppers i have a whole new respect for them. |

i hate it when people compare one band to another, i think that everyone has their own sound, i am having trouble comparing the vines to nirvana, it just doesnt work for me, and when people say that some bands songs sound all the same, i dont get each song is different, different lyrics, different pace, therefore not the same, i like this song because its short and to the point, no pondering what the hell it means, the vines are the vines the stokes are the strokes and in my eyes they are totally different but also both are awesoem bands, i think the biggest thing they have in common is that they both got "big" around the same time, but they are still great bands !!! |

i love this song, one of the strokes best songs, i honestly dont thinkt hat we are supposed to know what it means, i think it is supposed to keep us guessing and comming up with new ideas... the lyrics are everywhere, there is no consistant pattern as to what they are trying to say its all different which makes it such a "thoughtful" song ... no matter i still love it !!! |

I really like this song, i had no idea that it is a swithfoot song, i hadnt heard of switchfoot until i saw this movie but now i totally love them, i told myself that i wasnt going to see this movie because i really dont like the idea of pop singers in movies, but i saw it once and now i have watched it 6 times, it is a really good movie, and i am not much of a teen romance person, but if you havent seen it you should definately go see it !!! I have acctually come to respect mandy moore a little more now and she really does do a good job on this song! |

I have to say that I am not a real big Mandy Moore fan, I acctually hated her up until I saw A walk To remember, I personnally think she did a really good job of this song, and who cares if it's a cover, the new radicals aren't really that great, they are a one hot wonder of the 90's, and Mandy Moore is a hell of a lot popular, so just because your jealous doesnt mean you need to make fun of Mandy Moore. |
