To me this sounds like a parent whose kid is undergoing a medical treatment and they are isolated. \n\nThe kid is either role playing / pretending to be a Puma to stay upbeat and keep their mind off the reality.\n\nThe father wants to hold his daughter but can\'t because she is temporarily "radioactive".
