Although I don't usually like this kind of music this song has so much meaning to me.
I think its about that tiny voice in your head that appears about of nowhere and says stuff like "your fat, worthless, die in a hole, no one likes you" and your trying to distract yourself from it. No matter where u go you'll still hear it. (Put me in a sound proof room a million miles from you, my ears would still be bleeding shots of noise) this might not apply to everyone but that's what I personally think.
