This is definitely a song about suicide. If this song is speaking to you, PLEASE, PLEASE call: 1 (800) 273-8255.

"All I ever wanted was some love and peace and a harmony...."

Everyone wants someone to love, people to love them, peace and harmony... For things to be perfect... But sometimes, they're not.

"When I walk over to my money tree, ain't nobody there trying to take from me..."

There are many friends that will appear through life that only want to take from you, and provide you nothing (love, etc.) in return.

"But down here in reality, everybody knows there's no such thing and it's clear, it's obviously, this is not the place I'm supposed to be."

There comes a time when we think that this life isn't the right one for us, that our ideal life is elsewhere.

"On, and on, and on I'm searching, what I'm looking for is not here on Earth."

No matter how much you look and seek to find that happiness, you feel like it's not here on Earth, in this life.

"So long everybody, mamma don't be sad for me. Life was heartache, but now I am finally free."

The final goodbyes, assuring everyone this was your decision and it's what you need to feel better.

"Don't know where I'm headed, hope I see you someday soon."

No one knows what comes after, but we do hope there's an after-life where we can reconnect with those we love.

"So long everybody, I am going beyond the moon."

I think this verse speaks for itself.

If you've listened to this song one too many times tonight, and are feeling low, depressed, please, PLEASE, call 1 (800) 273-8255.

Life can be one of the most difficult things we have to do, there is a lot of heartache, broken promises, loss, etc. But your best day is right around the corner--I promise. You can never enjoy the good if it wasn't for the bad. Hang in there.
