i think the dizbusters are drug-dealing bikers ... they sound like characters (probably members of a motorcycle gang) in the on-going story that BOC seems to be telling in many of their early songs (before the kiss, astronomy, last days of may, etc.) in which many common themes are alluded to and recur, albeit nebulously ...
... *i have heard (mostly weak) arguements that it is a symbolic reference to the 7 seals mentioned in the book of revelation, but the only thing i can see relating is the count of seven
