This is about Theodore John "Ted" Kaczynski, otherwise known as the Unabomber. He embarked on a mail-bombing spree from 1978-1995, killing sevearl people and injuring many more. He lived as a recluse in a cabin in Montana.

"Luddite lover" refers to a group of industrial workers who protested against automation of factories in the 19th century, going as far as to sabotage factory equipment. Kaczynski beleived that modern industrial practises were destroying people's freedom and happiness, and also sobotaged industrial developments that were taking place near his cabin.

I have to admit I don't understand all of this song. I wonder if "Know what you mean, but not what you do" suggests that the MSP agree with his beliefs, but not his bombings.
