It's not the anti-christ talking it's a normal human being who rejected God like all humans have done but he has turned around and started to follow God and fighting against the ways of this world. I think the chorus and the last line suggest that the person has victory.
I think the important thing to remember is that we didn't win, Jesus did. We have this victory though Christ.
