i love this one so much. i feel like its about someone who creates relationships then bails, sometimes for no reason at all, confused and in a constant state of discontent, realizing this is who they are.
I personally believe that he is singing about a girl who he loves but he knows that he can never truly never have her due to the interest that she pulls from other 'boys'.
