i agree with xloveforsale.
the begining is saying that he has done wrong things, and so has everyone else. but others pray and hope the will go to hell, no die, ect. when its unavoidable.
"I throw my hands up to the sky just to watch them burn" i think refers to him trying to hard to get into heaven and make up for the bad things, but its no use. so why try.

i think this is basically saying all the bad things he's done will definatly get him into hell and hes sarcastically telling everyone else to do as much bad things as they can bare so they can get into hell too because nobody can get into heaven.
