It starts as a love song to some person. Most likely a female as she has an incubator. The song makes me think of my sweetie, but he isn't, but it still fits.

“Something in you, it jitters like a moth” is just a description of a this person who is a bit jittery and jumpy, a bit uncomfortable in this world maybe.

“And I see that your arms are out to God” - this person's figurative arms are reaching out to god. Not the angry old vengeful cosmic Santa Claus in the sky god, but the real and bigger god that is made up of everyone and everything in all possible times and worlds. That god. So this is a “spiritual” (for want of a better term) person he is singing to.

Unfortunately for this person “they kill you when they talk. It makes a mountain peak seem little when it's not” . The mainstream world doesn't get this god stuff they are so into. They try to make the the big mountain (god) seem insignificant by a bunch of stupid hurtful talk saying it is all just a bunch of drug induced hippie type craziness and get thee to a proper church.

“Your incubator is so tight Your incubator is so tight” - they have sex and it feels really good. So there.

“I've been born before, I'm getting used to it Brain-dead is always ends” etc. etc. etc. is plain old garden variety reincarnation. But with practice it isn't such a bad deal, you get used to it.
