Alright the song Feed Us by Serj Tankian might have many meanings but i think i have found the true meaning to the song. When the song starts out..."Maybe we believe,

I think it means that we thought that we, being America thought that George Bush needed to leave as a president and that in the morning when people woke up they saw that he was reelected in 2004 and the East being the eastern stated mostly republican states voted him in and killed the country.
