i read somewhere that water is portrayed as a source of fear in bible stories (i wouldnt know) so maybe when she is saying dont bring anyone here, maybe she doesnt want people to see the way she is or has become?

But about interpreting its hard to explain because she is referencing a bible story, well mostly. when she says please give me something I'm so thirsty oh please let me warn them, she is talking about the bible story about the rich man who died and went to hell and saw abraham and lazerous he begged them for one drop of water to cool his tongue and also for a chance to haunt his sons and warn them of this place to give them a heads up about it...

When she says the chasm isn't fixed yet I am led to believe she means there is a chasm between the dead in spirit and believers here on earth she is offering a drink of living water to those thirsty souls before it's too late...
