Yes it talks about a note with deadly poison but i personally think it's reffering to..maybe a hit list? i think this song is talking about how murderous humans are. We are kira, im kira even you're kira. It saying it right there. we're all abunch of murderous bastards. the want to kill is in our blood, our instincts.
