but since they've admitted that they WERE going out, we all think that Teenagers is about him right? that's sorta obvious, along with Ignorance, but anyway in teenagers she says "her first crack at love" and this song is fucken old, so she hadn't had like any boyfriends [at least serious ones] at the time.
also, I think Misery Business is about him too, for the same reason, he was her only boyfriend at the time. and if you know the backstory to Misery Business, Hayley said it's about a girl who was going out with a guy she was in love with and manipulated him and completely changed him, and when they finally broke up him and Hayley started going out. so yeah, I really think Misery Business is about Josh for a lot of reasons, I won't get into all of them now haha. but she said that during the time the guy [Josh] and the other girl were going out though was one of the darkest times in her life, and this is one of their darkest songs. soo yep.
