The first verse makes me think of time - "Springtime is over /creep over stone" and how it appears not to move on a daily basis then suddenly can catch up with you.
The second verse is perhaps the sun personified - "No time to forget this
World's in your eyes"
and "Sway in the cloud blur
And light up the sky" point towards the idea this verse is about the sun as well.
and the final verse makes me think of night - "Cast off the colour
And tune in to black"
with the final section perhaps being about the moon going down "The moon touches your shoulder" (shoulder of Earth?) and bringing with it the return of day "And brings the day back".
