reminds me of When Harry Met Sally, when harry tells her that he never takes any girl to the airport, because when the relationship fades, they wonder why he never goes to say goodbye to them anymore.
I was going to say this could be about him being on tour and flying around and having loads of girls after him and she's just there reminding him of how he used to be
but I'm not sure :D
