I adore this song. I love the guitar and natural sounds that begin and take up most of the song. It makes the few lyrics Holly includes much more meaningful and signifigant.
Holly's songs are self-explanitory. I feel like this song has a dual meaning. On a literal sense, the person Holly speaks of has recently moved, and she's upset about the distance. But the song could also be Holly's interpretation of a break-up. The relationship she had with the other is the "closed door," and a "new body keeps you warm" is another person. Since Holly said she knew what she said she feel, she indicates that she broke up with the other person. But then she says that she doesn't feel that way, showing her regret with the breakup.
