This is one of my favorite lyrics from the album. It's beautiful, and it's something we've all got to remember. Though the world is messed up and it'll never be perfect, it's our home. This can be taken in a much smaller scale too. I read somewhere that Ryan had a really rough childhood because of his alcoholic father, and apparently Ryan moved out to get and wasn't close with family for a while. This line seems like he's finally come to terms with how his life used to be, and he's making peace with it and his family.
