its a cover for one, and the lyrics seem to be clearly about someone not wanting to/having a hard time trying to get over someone.

i love the tuning in this song. in "stuck on you" and other songs they use guitar tuning that is similar to oldest emo bands from the 90's and i love it.
it gives it a real dreamy type of feel.
